Key Responsibilities: · Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the solvents business, aligning with the company’s vision and objectives. · Business Development: Identify and seize new market opportunities to expand the business and achieve revenue growth. · Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality standards across the supply chain. · Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to achieve collective and individual goals. · Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly. · Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders. · Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets, ensuring sustainable business growth.
