About the Position:   We are seeking an  Experienced Draftsman with expertise in working drawings for high-rise buildings to join our dynamic team at StudioKIA. This full-time position is based in Gurugram, India, and presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our diverse portfolio of high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing detailed construction and working drawings with precision and accuracy. Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed  architectural working drawings for high-rise buildings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to prepare  structural, mechanical, and electrical coordination drawings .
• Ensure that all drawings meet  local building codes, regulations, and project requirements .
• Assist in preparing  shop drawings, as-built drawings, and presentation drawings .
• Maintain  up-to-date project documentation and manage revisions as required.
• Use  AutoCAD, and other drafting software to create high-quality technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the architectural team to optimize design feasibility and construction methodologies.
• Conduct  site visits as necessary to verify and update drawings based on field conditions.

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a strong focus on  high-rise buildings .
• Proficiency in  AutoCAD, and other drafting software .
• Strong understanding of  building codes, construction standards, and detailing .
• Excellent  technical and analytical skills to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Ability to work efficiently  under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to  coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors .

• Experience working on  large-scale residential and commercial high-rise projects .
• Familiarity with  structural detailing and MEP coordination .
