Responsibilities:
- Ensure material receive, storage and issue are according to company quality standard.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and inventory by establishing SOP and protocols.
- Lead in any improvement and maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security of warehouse.
- Manage stock control and reconciliation with inventory management system.
- Manage the operation and resources in material team.
- Lead and assist line manager to drive excellence for department.
- Ensure generate Goods Receipt (GR) for incoming materials and issue Delivery Orders (DO) for material returns to suppliers and customers.
- Post daily stock issues to production, ensuring system records align with physical inventory.
- Achieve the set key performance indicators (KPIs) and adhere to Carlsberg's Excellence standards.
- Any other duties that are to be given from time to time.
- With SPM/STPM/Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistic or equivalent.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in Operational Logistic.
- Basic computer skills (Ms Words and Excel).
- With sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and dependable.
- Strong sense of team cooperation.
