Key Deliverables in this role Financial Outcomes I)New brand launches project execution and management:
- Artwork development basis local requirements
- Coordinating with compliance, R&D, supply chain and finance at various stages of the project
- Working with sales teams in GCC to design and develop trade marketing collaterals and POSM
- Support business head on digital and other media interventions, PR activations (example NPD related)
- New product development support: example coffee premix , Tetley variants, Egypt blends which are not existing in any other geo unlike the lift and shift projects that have been ongoing so far
- Coordination with Cochin and GCC sales teams for new market listing, approvals and other documentation
- Ecom creative and content creation and regular maintenance support – coordination with agency in India and sales teams in GCC . Development of creatives for promotions and events
- Support in driving trade and BTL activations – example: Sampling, roadshows, cross promo (packaging design and development , child item shortlisting and costing , trials etc )
- Run basic data analysis using offtake data from channels , investments being done and optimize trade marketing spends in coordination with sales teams month on month.
