Instructor - Rocky Base Camp, AEON Mall Shah Alam
Minimum Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Sports Science or related field
- Knowledge or experience with indoor rock climbing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must work in shift hours - shopping mall business period
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of authorities
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the Centre and facilities (gears and devices)
- Participating in the Daily Sales Management report preparation and submission to HQ
- Teamwork and adhering to the schedule to support team members and manpower planning
- Participating in overall administrative tasks within the gym for smooth business operations
- Ensuring safety of climbing and other facilities, especially equipment
- Managing daily operations of the gym business, including safety, security, cash management, and other areas
