Based in New Delhi, we are dedicated to creating immersive experiences that captivate and engage audiences. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer-Architect/Interior Designer at C S Direkt Events and Exhibitions Pvt Ltd in New Delhi. The role will involve tasks such as preparing BOQs, analyzing rates, quantity surveying, and utilizing billing systems to ensure accurate and efficient project financial management. Qualifications
- 8-10 years experience as Billing Engineer
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Diploma in Interior Design or Construction Management (preferred for specialized roles)
- BOQ preparation, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Surveying skills
- MANDATORY : Experience in interior fit-outs, construction billing, or related fields. ( construction should be secondary)
- Vendor payments, and cost estimations
- Analytical Skills for project financial management
- Experience with Billing Systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- MS Excel and MS Power point
- Good communicator
