This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans, enhancing brand reputation, and building relationships with media, industry influencers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tech PR, crisis communication, and digital media strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR campaigns that align with VAP Group’s business goals and enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and industry analysts.
• Craft compelling press releases, articles, and thought leadership content for media outreach.
• Manage corporate communications, including crisis management and reputation-building strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Leadership) to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze PR campaign performance, and provide insights for optimization.
• Leverage social media platforms and digital PR tactics to engage audiences and drive brand awareness.
• Organize and manage press events, product launches, and speaking engagements at industry conferences.
• Stay updated on tech industry trends and identify opportunities for PR initiatives.

• 5+ years of PR experience in the tech industry , preferably in SaaS, AI, blockchain, or emerging technologies.
• Strong media network with tech journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives.
• Experience managing PR agencies and external communication partners.
• Proficiency in using media monitoring tools and analytics to measure PR impact.
• Ability to handle crisis communication and reputation management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience working with startups or fast-growing tech companies.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategies for PR.
• Experience with investor relations and corporate communications.
