Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist with 4 - 6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust talent pipelines, sourcing technical candidates, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure we attract and onboard top talent effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. • Strategize innovative ways to build talent pipelines by identifying potential candidate sources and utilizing various platforms. • Source technical candidates using a variety of techniques, including online databases, internal talent pools, job boards, social media, and networking events. • Engage with passive candidates through proactive outreach, networking, cold calling, and referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. • Facilitate the interviewing and hiring process by coordinating with hiring managers and interview teams. • Pre-screen candidates for full-time employee positions to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture. • Maintain an up-to-date record of recruitment activities, pipelines, and candidate feedback. Key Skills & Qualifications: • 4 to 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-technical roles. • Strong sourcing skills with experience using multiple channels to attract candidates. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers. • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Preferred Skills: • Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill non-IT roles. • Experience in sourcing via Google X-ray search/Boolean search/LinkedIn Recruiter (Talent Solutions). • Knowledge of candidate engagement best practices. • Ability to identify and assess cultural fit for organizational success. • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding is a plus. • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certified, SHRM-CP, AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter) is a plus. Office Location: Signet, Embassy TechSqaure , Embassy Tech Square Main Rd, Kaverappa Layout, Kadubeesanahalli, Kadabeesanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103 Work Mode: 3 days WFO PS: 15 days to Immediate Joiners ONLY.
