Job Title: AMET Space Management Lead Minimum Requirements:

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Shop-floor affinity and experience in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Quality, Operations or Logistics
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities:

Audit all space management related activities in FCs and provide support and feedback to the operation team, especially for Inbound.
Evaluate and approve all space management related change requests.
Perform space management related configuration changes.
Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities/projects to improve space management practices at each FC.

About the Team: The team consists of one regional space manager and five space management leads who report to the space manager. Each lead is assigned to a country to oversee the space management strategy (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Turkey, South Africa). Desired Candidate Profile:

In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and its practical usage.
Wide knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven ability to develop and maintain large scale databases and evaluate data sets.
BI sage and SQL experience would also be beneficial.
A strong record of team leadership.
Analytical capabilities.
The ability to translate operational issues into workable solutions.
