- Collaborative Trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of respective vertical leaders and will work closely with team leads and supervisors for day-to-day activities.
- Students will learn various systems and procedures used by these verticals.
- Collaborative Trainees will receive training and are expected to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports/activities, including developing and utilizing databases, and various other reports.
- Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field.
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
- Conducting research and analysis as required.
- Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects.
- Students must be in the final stages of graduation.
- Bachelor's degree program in Architecture at an accredited college or university.
- Students should qualify to undergo the training as part of the university curriculum.
- Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of (2.5 out of 4) or (4 out of 5).
- Excellent skills in oral and written communication.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable and can maintain a positive and professional attitude under stress.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

- Students should be from the core architectural field.
- Good academic background.
- Students must know the basic principles and practices.
