We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of financial crime prevention. In this pivotal position, you'll lead transformative initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we stay one step ahead of emerging threats and continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. You will utilise your experience of delivering change to support the roll out of various operations initiatives. Based in the Financial Crime team, you will help build change capability throughout Enterprise Operations and support the uplift of ASB's OCM framework and methodology. As a Change Manager, you will be an advocate for organisational change management (OCM). You will also champion Agile, Human Centred Design and ASB mindsets to ensure great people experiences at ASB. - 2+ years' dedicated OCM experience in developing change strategies and delivering initiatives end-to-end in Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Ideally a background in Operations and/or Financial Crime, with experience managing technology and operational changes.
- Demonstrated ability to embed change in day-to-day operational reality and realise the benefits from the transition.
- Sound knowledge and application of various OCM methodologies, ideally with certification as a Change Management Practitioner (Prosci, APMG and/or CMI).
- Interpersonal savvy and advanced stakeholder engagement skills with stakeholders and wider team members.
- An ability to cope with multiple volumes of work and deal with ambiguity.
- A 'can do' attitude, and a growth mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
