Assistant Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Assistant Technical Project Manager / Technical Project Coordinator Kryptomind LLC, a leading technology company specializing in blockchain development, AI solutions, and software development, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Technical Project Manager or Technical Project Coordinator with a strong background in software development or IT project management. 1. Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
2. Facilitate team communication, address roadblocks, and ensure workflow efficiency using Agile methodologies to manage project timelines.
3. Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning to shape the company's strategic direction, driving growth through technology.
4. Go the extra mile and burn the midnight oil when necessary, especially for pre-sales opportunities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years in project management within tech/software development; extensive experience in software development, technology architecture, fintech, and IT operations.
3. Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified Scrum-Master (CSM) is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Click-Up).
5. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with proven ability to lead tech teams of up to 10 people.
6. Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud), data analytics, and data management.
