• Location: on - site, we work out of our JP nagar office.
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: 20k per month

• Performance Advertising: Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and campaign execution.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Creative & Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• A/B Testing & CRO: Experiment with different ad creatives, landing pages, and strategies to enhance conversion rates.

• Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO strategies
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts effectively
• Experience with GA4, email marketing, and conversion optimization is a plus
