Senior Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Plan seasonal collection by merchandising mix, pricing and design with given theme and direction.
• Product development inclusive of planning, designing, sourcing, sampling, costing and production.
• Adhere to merchandising schedule and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Follow up and attend to all matters arise during sampling and production.
• Liaise closely with vendors on best cost negotiation as well as ensuring final product quality standard meet requirement.
• Carry out regular market survey or research on latest trend and competitors' performance.
• Study and analyze product performance through system generated reports.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in fashion retail industry will be an added advantage;
• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is compulsory as you need to liaise with suppliers from China.
