Job Title: Customer Support International Voice Shift – Rotational – 5 Days Working Immediate Joiner Location: Brigade Tech Gardens Block-C2, Manhattan Associates, Tigalarpalya, Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 Work from Office Education: Undergraduate and graduate are eligible. (Except Btech, B.E fresher). Minimum 1 year of Experience is required for B.Tech & B.E Language preferred: Fluent in English Role Description: A CSA in this role responds to customer queries and provide resolution, support and assistance to the customers and promote sales. The Agent will play an integral role in improving the customer experience by providing fast, friendly and effective service with accurate and personal solutions to customer enquiries.
