Responsibilities · Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory authorities (ROC, MCA, RBI etc.) · Assist in the drafting of Board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other corporate governance documents · Support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to various corporate laws and regulations · Handle the maintenance of statutory registers and records · Coordinate with clients for document collection and submissions · Participate in conducting due diligence and corporate audits · Assist in preparing legal opinions, advisory reports, and other legal documents · Support senior team members in managing corporate legal matters and assisting with client queries Qualification & Skills Required · Pursuing or completed the CS Foundation course (or equivalent) · Strong knowledge of corporate law, company secretarial practices, and governance · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Ability to work independently as well as part of a team · Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of corporate law and governance
