About Us At VM Modular, we specialize in delivering bespoke modular solutions that elevate living spaces. We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team and be the first point of contact for potential customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for communication and lead management, we’d love to have you on board! Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Filter and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Pass high-potential leads to the Sales Executives for further follow-up.
  • Cold Calling & Messaging
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to generate interest and build a strong pipeline.
  • Send tailored messages to prospects, ensuring professional and engaging communication.
  • Client Engagement
  • Invite clients to visit our showroom for detailed discussions.
  • Provide basic walkthroughs of the showroom, explaining products and features if required.
  • Coordination
  • Schedule appointments and ensure seamless handover of leads to the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Executives to maximize conversion rates.
  • Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the management team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in pre-sales or sales, preferably in the interiors, furniture, or related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
  • Organized & Proactive: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Salary
  • Annual salary of 5L (CTC) and performance-based incentives.
