Ensure quality check and control on products delivered. Complaints are being handled and addressed properly. Responsibilities: 1.Procurement Monthly replenishment plan, Purchase order to the vendors and Purchase of new SKU / change in product. 2.Vendor Management Maintain cordial relations with existing vendors, Database of Potential Vendora, Deals with only vendor who are in approved list of MCD/KFC/BK , Vendor Evaluation and Maintain technical specifications of all the products in an easy accessible manner. 3.Benchmarking Product Quality benchmarking and Price benchmarking. 4.Quality Complaint management Control on EDRO, Stock Liquidation and Complaint handling. 5.Supply Chain design and up-gradation 6.Vendor performance review 7.Annual price revision Data Collection for Price negotiations, Facilitating the decision making for Annual price revision and Implementation 8.Continuous Improvement as per requirement / regulatory needs Awareness on changes, Evaluate the impact, Identify the solution and Implementation at the store. 9.Reports Weekly Report, Monthly Review Meeting and Monthly reports Measurement Metrics #Over all food cost #MRP by last Friday of the month #Complaints/Tickets are resolved within Tat (24 Hrs. for DC / 7 Days for foreign particles).#Supplier meetings in decided format# Role Clarity document update
