• Forecasting sales, trade spend, and customer contributions.
• Ensuring that forecasts align with the monthly business planning and dynamic adjustments as needed.

• Providing coordination and support at the zone and cluster levels to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall business objectives.

• Monitoring market trends and activities, including conducting competition analysis to stay competitive and adapt strategies.

• Ensuring there are sufficient systems and controls in place to maintain effective communication and networking within the different zones.

• Working closely with the Zonal Head to plan and execute campaigns that promote products effectively within the zones.
