• To learn and understand client project needs, niche industries and key area of expertise our clients are looking for.
• To quickly find, recruit and on-board top industry and subject matter experts on CleverX platform on tight deadlines.
• Communicate and engage with C-level executives and experts in the most diligent manner over emails, LinkedIn and phone or video calls.
• Research, qualify and validate experts based on their skills and match them to client requirements.
• Keep clients engaged and communicate effectively on the expert on-boarding process.
• Contribute to the clients project success and decision making by delivering high-quality on-boarded experts using the CleverX platform.
