Life, Pension & Investment Administrator Dublin 2 (Hybrid) Are you an experienced Life, Pension & Investment Administrator looking for an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic financial services firm? We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support a team of Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional financial planning services to their clients. Key Responsibilities: ? Liaise with clients & policy providers via phone, email, and DocuSign ? Prepare reports & documents for client meetings and reviews ? Process new business applications efficiently ? Support advisors in researching pension, investment & protection options ? Action client instructions & ensure smooth policy administration ? Prepare compliance documents (Risk Assessments, Statements of Suitability, Factfinds, AML, etc.) ? Maintain and update CRM system ? Handle general office administration as needed What We're Looking For: ? QFA qualification (essential) ? 3+ years experience in life, pension, or investment administration ? Strong knowledge of life, pension & investment products ? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills ? Attention to detail and numerical accuracy ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office ?
