Job purpose : This role will act as an evangelist of Process Excellence and its benefits, responsible for owning and driving the end-to-end process improvement and stakeholder engagement at Process Owner level and down to generate buy in that will enable Process Simplification, Standardization, Harmonization & Optimization opportunities, whilst providing leadership to the entire cross functional process management team. Primary duties and responsibilities: 1. Acts as a Business Process Excellence evangelist across the business, maintaining strong relationships at Steer Co level and Process Owners to educate and drive cultural changes to support business strategies. 2. The Process Excellence Manager coordinates and facilitate the BPE initiatives and perpetuate the benefits throughout the organization. It includes the following responsibilities. 3. Responsible to create and execute Business Process Excellence strategies for the organization. Align them with business goals and help to achieve them. 4. Responsible to work with all Process Owners, establish target for each process and drive to achieve them. 5. Responsible to monitor the performance of each all processes and help each process team to define and implement CAPA. 6. Ensure all processes designed are in line with requirement of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements. Work closely with QMS team and ensure all processes are controlled and implemented as per the requirements of QMS systems. 7. Communicating key Process Excellence activities, milestones, and outcomes to appropriate workgroups and committees. 8. Identifying and assessing Process Excellence industry developments and best practices, and making recommendations on application to ZEISS. 9. Serving as a Process Excellence resource and subject matter expert to the organization 10. Work closely with FIT4 (SAP and CRM) team to align business processes with SAP, CRM, Workday etc, processes. 11. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the governing mechanism for Business Process Excellence program. 12. Along with right stake holders responsible to identify and standardize the business / support processes. 13. Manages, supervises, mentors and trains Business Process Excellence team. 1. Education / Professional Certification: Education: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in science / engineering / Business Management Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified. Optional: Master of Business Administration 2. Experience - Work Experience: 10+ years of total experience and 5+ years of experience in managing Process Excellence function. - Experience in big data analysis and interpretation - Preferable to have working experience quality management system standards like ISO 9001, Iso 13485, ISO 17025, Iso 14001 etc . - Preferable to have work experience in Medical Device/ Healthcare/Automotive/Trading/ Manufacturing industry. - Preferable to have hands on working experience with SAP, CRMs, Work, Power BI, etc Process modeling tools (Visio) , Process Mining tools, Process Simulation tools - Experience in conducting process workshops 3. Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics - Process Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Project management, Business Process Automation, - Preferred to have deep knowledge of SAP, CRM, Workday etc processes - Good problem solving and communication skill is a must -Strong leadership capabilities to manage cross functional indirect team
