After-School Care Centre Manager

Reporting to the Centre Director, this role is a dedicated internal and external service position involving parental engagement, regular interactions with champs, working co-operatively with all team members, and managing administrative matters related to the centre. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation and ensure overall smooth running of the centre. Staff supervision and mentoring. Active network and relationship building with parents and stakeholders. Implement quality standards for all programmes in the centre. Handle centre tours and operational matters. Prepare financial and centre reports. Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower, and training. Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to the centre and within premises. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Director. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum 2 to 5 years work experience in managing an education or enrichment centre. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Possess excellent work ethics and integrity. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous, organised, and able to multi-task. Excellent customer service demeanour with proven ability to connect with parents. Able to teach primary school subjects will be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
