1. Responsibilities:

The Methodology Specialist will provide technical support to multiple project teams by developing test methods for new products and cleaning samples and validating them. He will evaluate and interpret analytical results.
Record and maintain the stability studies system within the RD scope. Strict compliance with cGMP guidelines is required to perform most job tasks.

2. Specific Duties:

Safely and effectively analyze RD trials and stability interval samples following the testing procedure strictly and with minimal errors according to analysis requests received from formulation.
Contribute to investigating and solving analytical technical issues related to his work tasks.
Operate analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, KF, moisture analyzer, dissolution tester, etc., according to the approved SOP.
Receive method development tasks and perform test method validation and verification whenever required for finished products, raw materials, and cleaning samples.
Maintain laboratory notebooks documenting work.
Maintain compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulations.
Calibrate the lab equipment based on the annual plan.
HPLC/GC column receiving and recording as per SOP of column qualification.
Order the analytical requirements for new products or current products if any updates are required to the test method through creating codes and PRs and follow them until approval.
Responsible for method transfer between RD and QC successfully.

3. Special Education/Licensure:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry.

4. Professional Experience:

Up to 7 years’ experience in the pharma industry.

5. Core Competencies:

Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently against multiple deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software. Should be well versed with Word and Excel.
Knowledge of complete Microsoft solutions software and additional software like Oracle and SAP would be an advantage.
