Privacy Notice Senior KSA Lawyer Riyadh Legal – Legal / Full-time / Hybrid Your Main Responsibilities

Provide advice on corporate and commercial legal matters, ensuring compliance with Gulf region regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor regulatory developments and recommend actions to mitigate potential risks.
Support corporate governance, including board meeting preparations and shareholder communications.
Manage disputes, coordinating with external legal advisors as needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align legal support with business goals.
Develop and deliver training to promote legal awareness and compliance across the company.

Your Profile

A law degree with extensive experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally in e-commerce, technology, or retail industries.
Deep knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in the Gulf region.
Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate clear, precise contracts and agreements.
Experience handling legal disputes, including working with external counsel on cross-border issues.
Strong understanding of regulations such as data protection, consumer protection, and trade compliance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively with diverse teams.
High proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic.
