- Plan and execute daily Supply Chain processes to ensure timely material availability and avoid stock outs.
- Maintain market demand fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery and minimize waste.
- Monitor and control pipeline inventories to meet requirements and develop Supply Chain Management SOPs.
- Create and maintain product information, batch search strategies, inspection plans, and LIMS data.
- Prepare supply chain reports and conduct supplier and production analysis for continuous improvement.
- Report and communicate Supply Chain KPIs to stakeholders and support KPI fulfillment activities.
- Develop and update a rolling yearly plan for MRP/MPS based on demand, capacity, inventory, and quality policies.
- Manage document control, including change orders, billings, purchasing documentation, and contract administration.
- Ensure adherence to plant safety and cGMP regulations, maintaining high standards with a right-first-time approach.
- Contribute to project tasks, learn and apply team effectiveness skills, and make decisions within limited options under supervisor's direction.
- Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, preferably in related fields.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid understanding of inventory management concepts.
- Familiarity with System Application and Products (SAP).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Certified in Six Sigma/Lean management.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Knowledge of domestic and international logistic and government regulations.
- Possesses a positive continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
