Enhance is Now Hiring Sales Specialist / Fitness Consultant in UAE
Company: Enhance Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Required Experience:- Previous experience in sales (specifically within Fitness, F&B, Hotel Services or other Consumer Service industries is a plus)
- Two years Sales Experience in B2C
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and existing clients.
- Upsell and renew packages for existing clients in a timely manner to maintain client retention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients on a name-to-name basis.
- Notify the Manager of any clients’ complaints or grievances and assist in appropriate response.
- Be knowledgeable of all products and programs and build value.
- Be responsive to member feedback and complaints and work towards timely resolution.
- Consistently look for opportunities to gain new clients and elevate service levels.
- Actively build a network of contacts through referrals.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Work closely with Team Leader to identify trainers with gaps in schedules and match them with new client prospects.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- A positive, confident and determined approach
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
