Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doThis is a key and instrumental position in our expanding Enterprise sales operation across the North region and central to our continued success and expansion in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving incremental growth and net new logos with Enterprise companies in the region and will drive Docusign's footprint in the region for years to come.This position is a People Manager and reports to the AVP EMEA North.ResponsibilityLead the Enterprise sales team in creating complex deals that create business value and ROI for the customerWin new Enterprise clients and logos with the support of marketing, sales engineering and business developmentDesign plans to go to market in region and build team to deliver to those plansCreate, direct and drive new Enterprise business campaigns for the territoryLead complex customer engagements and win new Benelux and Nordics Enterprise accounts as a teamIncrease Docusign's footprint in existing North Enterprise accountsNavigate within complex existing Enterprise accounts understanding how to successfully cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesLeverage the various internal resources at your disposal (value engineering, pre-sales, marketing, lead generation, support and professional services) to win new businessBuild an Enterprise Account Executive talent pool for the sales organizationJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering)PreferredProven experience in leading, growing and leading high performing software Enterprise sales teams in the territoryTrack record of success in landing and expanding new North Enterprise logosProven track record of over-achievement and attainmentExperience in driving C-level / Senior Executive level discussions in large multi-national prospectsClear ability to drive incremental growth from new and existing accountsExperience in working with Docusign Partners and resellers in the Benelux and Nordics regionExperience in hiring, building and coaching Enterprise sales teamsAbility to create and implement strategic sales plans and driving the execution of themAbility to create and drive strategic and transformational country and regional initiativesClear understanding of software and or cloud solutionsAbility to work in a fast paced, innovative, hyper-growth, complex, matrix driven organizationProven background in driving and accelerating team performance through metric management, dashboards etc.Experience of Salesforce and/or other contact center management systemsLife at DocusignWorking hereDocusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
