Fad Saoil is hiring someone to be their Head of Community. You will lead all efforts to build and activate the vibrant Fad Saoil community.ResponsibilitiesYou will foster meaningful connections, create engaging experiences, and oversee operations at our Rathmines location.Design and execute strategies to engage the Fad Saoil community. Plan and deliver community-focused events that align with our wellness ethos.Implement social media campaigns to grow the Fad Saoil community as well as build those community relationships.Grow communities and events across all of our sites.Oversee daily operations at our Rathmines facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.Managing a team of Sauna Hosts, tracking KPIs and reporting to senior staff.Foster a culture of warmth, hospitality, and excellence among your team members.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in community building, hospitality, or wellness-related roles.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.Community builder - people-centric, with the ability to integrate and forge strong personal and organisational relationships in the local community.Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on dynamic environments.Passionate about wellness and outdoor activities—the majority of your week will involve being active and working outdoors.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.What we offerSalary €30,000 - €35,000 + BonusesUnlimited use of all sitesFun working environment, this isn't your office 9-5Opportunities for career growth within a dynamic and expanding company
