Due to recently awarded work, they are now looking for an intermediate level project manager.
The role will see you being supported by a senior project manager and with appropriate mentoring, typically you will need to be able to:
- Establish the project through appointing consultants, producing feasibility studies, monitoring all statutory processes, and advising on procurement options.
- Project manage the construction phase, having responsibility for QA/risk, financial reporting, budget management/cost control, programming, defects list, remedial works, and various project reports.
- Manage stakeholders and conduct and/or chair meetings.
