Are you a driven individual passionate about hands-on engineering work and data analysis? Do you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the drive to learn quickly? We seek a motivated Graduate or early career Engineer to join our growing team! We are seeking an enthusiastic Engineer to join our Production Engineering Team and be responsible for:
- Working on initiatives to improve the PRODUCT and PROCESS that ultimately improve the quality, increase output, and reduce cost.
- Solving any technical problem through hands-on and analytical methods, participating in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage process improvement projects and maintain relevant documentation.
- Producing technical drawings, conducting tests, writing reports and documenting processes as required.
- Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Recent graduate or 2-3 Years’ experience working in product/process development or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing industries and processes.
- Excellent understanding of basic engineering principles.
- Experience with SolidWorks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and project documentation.
- Experience in developing jigs, fixtures and testing equipment.
- Competent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, independent work ethic, utilising facts and data for problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
