Supply Chain Executive

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations within the warehouse and ensuring efficient distribution of goods. This role involves coordinating logistics activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

1. Warehouse Management

1. Supervise day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
2. Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
3. Daily Stock Take and Physical report to Central Team.
4. Organize the layout of the warehouse for optimal space utilization and accessibility.
5. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.

2. Logistics Coordination

1. Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers or branches.
2. Work with the Central Logistics team to manage shipments efficiently.
3. Track and document all shipments, addressing any delays or issues promptly.

3. Team Supervision

1. Manage 3rd Party Staff, providing training and ensuring performance meets organizational standards.
2. Delegate tasks and monitor team productivity.
3. Enforce adherence to safety protocols and company policies among team members.

4. Reporting & Analysis

1. Prepare and analyze reports on stock levels, warehouse operations, and logistics performance.
2. Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
3. Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and adjust stock levels accordingly.

5. Quality & Compliance

1. Ensure the proper handling and storage of products to maintain quality standards.
2. Conduct regular audits of inventory and operations to identify and address issues.
3. Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
