Sales Analyst

Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our sales teams. The ideal candidate will assist in the analysis and interpretation of sales data, sales forecasting, and the creation of reports and presentations. This role requires proficiency in Power BI, Excel and other analytics tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data across distribution different channels to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain detailed sales reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Utilize Power BI and analytics tools to create visually compelling dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Create proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and projections based on historical data and market trends.
• Work closely with the sales team to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
• Prepare and review sales agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in optimizing sales processes and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in sales or distribution environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create professional presentations and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data (preferred)
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Office) especially excel.
