Position: Software Engineer

1. Providing HR Time & Payroll system functional support at a global level for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
2. Assisting payroll users in processing production Payrolls and resolving payroll queries raised by business/operations within agreed timelines.
3. Preparing detailed analysis reports and sharing with technical/functional teams (Tier-3) to facilitate defect fixing.
4. Ensuring the payroll manuals/SOPs/KBA are relevant, up-to-date, and always used.
5. Prioritizing workload of assigned tasks on a day-to-day basis and sharing knowledge with team members.
6. Assisting other team members to further troubleshoot and analyze technical issues.
7. Focusing on process/service improvement opportunities to make the process more efficient and error-free.
8. Promoting standardization of processes across regions which fall under the scope of Tier-2 BAU support.
9. Being vigilant on BAU processes, identifying any risks, and proposing solutions/workarounds.
10. Being flexible to work in shifts, including weekend support based on business requirements.
