Job Responsibilities

• Attend to accident and collision repair customers in processing their vehicle insurance claims in a timely manner.
• Ensure all collision repair debts are paid within the required timeline.
• Ensure all documents are in proper order with authorized signatory before submitting to the insurance company.
• Perform all administration and clerical duties including issuance of invoices, document processing, data updating, record keeping & compilation.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers, in-house contractors, loss adjusters, and insurance companies.
• Prefer candidates with experience and familiarity with Merrimen claims.
