Brand Advocade

The Brand Advocate is responsible for maintaining & merchandising standards at select third party locations. The Brand Advocate will be responsible for visiting the assigned list of store locations to perform merchandising duties outlined below. The Brand Advocate will also report on the pre- and post-merchandising status by store location as outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Check Apple devices to ensure they are fully functional and charging, running the latest OS & update any OS device that requires updating.
• Clean devices using authorized materials and procedures.
• Check fixture for wear & tear.
• Report condition of fixture.
• Report any dead or missing devices.
• Real-time reporting of merchandising activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma holder and above, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience with recognized brands. Experience in retail strategy, merchandising or related fields may be an added advantage.
• Demonstrates strong technical and visual merchandising.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Innovative thinker and problem solver.
• Able to read planograms and follow documented guidelines.
• Technically savvy (comfortable with using smartphones and computers).
• Ability to easily fix things; comfortable with using basic tools.
• Proficient in using smartphone technology and digital cameras, Mac OS and iOS.
• Effective written and verbal skills to communicate with store/department.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong process planning skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Independent and self-motivated.
