Inside Sales Representative

Role: Inside Sales Assoicate Location: Bangalore Shift: Rotational Package offered: 6 LPA ( 4 fixed and 2 Variable) Your role in detail ● Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide detailed information about Zolo's offerings. ● Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100-120 of calls per day. ● Highlight the benefits of ZoloStays and close deals. ● Excellent verbal and written communications skills. ● Understand customer needs and requirements. ● Strong listening and presentation skills. ● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. ● Ready to achieve targets . ● Effectively communicate all relevant details to prospective customers, addressing inquiries and concerns. ● Coordinate visits through three modes - walk-ins, in-person, and WhatsApp video tours. ● Guide customers through the pre-booking process. ● Work towards and exceed monthly booking targets through proactive calling efforts.
