Role Overview Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Internal Communications Specialist to energise and inspire their employees through engaging communication strategies. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in crafting and delivering compelling internal messaging that connects their teams to their vision, values, and culture. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll have the tools and resources to bring their strategy and culture to life. Key Areas
  1. Design and deliver internal communication plans aligned with the organisation's vision, values, and brand identity.
  2. Create impactful messaging for a variety of channels, including company announcements, newsletters, leadership blogs, and internal events.
  3. Lead engagement initiatives such as town halls, onboarding programs, and live company-wide events.
  4. Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging across all internal platforms.
  5. Drive employer branding by partnering with Marketing to craft content for platforms.
  6. Measure success by tracking and analysing the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommending improvements.
  7. Support leadership with speechwriting, briefing materials, and messaging for key events.
  8. Champion culture by aligning communications with the brand narrative and support CSR initiatives.
Ideal Requirements
  1. At least 6 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement within the technology space.
  2. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills to craft messages that resonate.
  3. A creative and energetic approach to fostering cultural and strategic alignment.
  4. Proven ability to take projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
  5. Expertise in digital communication tools and techniques, with a passion for staying ahead of trends.
