Job Summary Oversee CapitaLand's CSR strategy and execution in India, ensuring alignment with global objectives for social impact. Drive staff volunteerism and develop partnerships with charity and community organizations and manage existing projects. Manage annual CSR and CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF) work plans, budgets, and governance reporting. Collaborate with Corporate Communications and HR to promote CSR initiatives both externally and internally. Primary Job Responsibilities
- Lead and drive CapitaLand’s CSR efforts in India by developing and managing impactful CSR initiatives that are aligned with CapitaLand’s groupwide CSR strategic focus and direction.
- Coordinate with various contributing entities across businesses and regions to implement projects in the respective regions across cities and businesses in India.
- Identify CSR partnership opportunities and actively engage various stakeholders internally including senior management and staff as well as externally such as government, NGOs, volunteers, community and business partners, to drive CapitaLand’s social impact and contribution to local communities in India.
- Coordinate with various departments across businesses and regions to drive staff volunteerism in India including developing volunteer strategies, platforms and programmes.
- Manage CHF operations in India based on India CSR law, including projects planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation as well as governance and reporting of CHF’s funds locally & to Singapore, local funding requests review and management reporting.
- Provide secretariat support to the India CSR Management Committee including coordination, reporting and execution as required.
- Develop CSR/CHF content for internal and external communications with coordination with the Communications team in India and manage related marketing communications materials such as videos, website, intranet, promotional literature, EDMs and presentation slides as required.
- Prepare and manage the content related to CSR/CHF contributions in India for sustainability reports of listed entities under CapitaLand India Trust, CHF’s social impact report as well as business updates among others.
- Any other duties assigned.

- Good people skills with the ability to engage with all levels of staff across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous with high degree of drive and professionalism and ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and often, under tight time constraints.
- Highly creative with a flair for generating ideas with strong execution capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a lean team, with minimal supervision.
- Good IT knowledge and skills such as basic design tool and MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and able to create good presentation content for reporting and storytelling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good command of English.
