About BuildNow BuildNow is MENA's first Build Now Pay Later solution, providing construction and manufacturing SMEs with the financing they need to purchase raw materials while optimizing their cash flow. As a fast-growing fintech startup in Saudi Arabia, we are redefining how businesses access financial solutions by leveraging technology and digital innovation. Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of BuildNow's online presence. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller with a passion for engaging content, social media trends, and brand building. You will be responsible for crafting compelling digital content, managing social media channels, and ensuring that BuildNow remains a top brand in the Saudi fintech and construction industry. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both content creation and social media strategy. You'll be responsible for everything from ideation to execution, working closely with the marketing and leadership teams to bring BuildNow's brand to life. Specific Job Tasks Content Creation & Management

Develop and execute engaging content across social media, website, and marketing materials
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and timely posts
Write clear, compelling copy for captions, posts, emails, and website updates.

Social Media & Community Engagement

Manage BuildNow's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok
Plan and schedule posts, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and audience interests
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an active online community.

Brand Awareness & Growth

Monitor social media trends and implement new strategies to increase engagement
Identify potential influencers, partners, or collaborations to expand reach
Track content performance and optimize strategies based on insights and analytics.

Since BuildNow is a fast-growing startup, we value adaptability; everyone wears multiple hats and contributes beyond their core role to drive success. Requirements Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or a related field
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
Experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a brand in fintech, construction, or B2B industries
Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Understanding of Saudi Arabia's digital landscape, including social media trends and audience behavior
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
Fluency in both Arabic and English (writing & speaking) is required.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Experience with SEO, paid social media campaigns, or content performance analytics
Previous experience in fintech, BNPL, or B2B marketing.
