Quality Management System (QMS):

Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS.

Establish quality policies, procedures, and documentation.

Collaborate to set quality objectives, metrics, and targets.

Quality Planning:

Develop strategies to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Conduct audits and assessments for compliance with standards.

Implement corrective and preventive actions.

Supplier Quality Management:

Manage supplier quality programmes.

Evaluate supplier performance and conduct audits.

Collaborate with suppliers on quality issues and improvements.

Quality Control:

Implement quality control processes and inspection procedures.

Develop inspection and acceptance criteria.

Ensure products meet quality standards before release.

Customer Feedback Management:

Handle customer feedback

Investigate and resolve quality issues.

Communicate resolution plans to customers.

Documentation and Reporting

Audits and quality assurance activities.

Provide updates for management review.

Health, Safety & Environment:

Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety rules.

Report incidents and near misses.

Qualifications:

Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in quality (Electronic Engineering).

Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
