Bid Manager

Role Overview: Here is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team in Dublin, responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, winning tenders. The Bid Manager will work closely with the in-country commercial team on all tenders, ensuring timely, innovative, and high-standard submissions, while working closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full PQQ and RFP tender process.
• Write bespoke, high-quality responses to tender requirements.
• Collaborate with business development teams to deliver exceptional tender documents and presentations.
• Ensure responses align with evaluation criteria and showcase the organisation’s capabilities.
• Attend tender site visits and client meetings as needed.
• Contribute to internal marketing and external event preparation.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge library of materials and complimentary case studies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine bid strategies.

• Proven ability to prioritise, influence, and work under pressure.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Experience in meeting tight deadlines and preparing professional written documents.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a proactive attitude.
• Proven track record of success in the tender driven environment.
