About Us: Fisheye is a highly specialized search and selection firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, dedicated to providing strategic hiring solutions across various industries. We seek a Junior Consultant to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and provide exceptional client service.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Source candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
Screen candidates to assess their skills and match them with suitable opportunities.
Prepare presentations and deliverables for clients.
Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database.
Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of previous experience in recruitment.
Experience in a recruitment agency setting is a plus.
Proficiency in using and managing internal and external recruitment tools and software.
Strong MS Office skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
