Financial Process Improvement Manager

Partnered with a Consulting firm who is looking to add a Senior Manager to support the continued growth of the practice. This practice acts as strategic partner within the Office Of The CFO supporting C-Suite stakeholders as they embark on Operating Model Design/Transformation, ERP implementations, & Process Improvement initiatives. - Exposure to market leading Accounting & Finance technologies + understand how leading multinationals operate their respective Accounting & Finance Functions.
- Partner closely with C-Suite Stakeholders in some of the worlds largest MNC's acting as subject matter expert on all things Accounting & Finance - including but not limited to ERP, Operating Models, Process Improvement as they tackle complex challenges to improve their organisations.
- You will also work alongside senior leadership Partners to develop & grow the practice taking a lead role both on the client side & commercials (from a BD perspective) but also in recruitment, mentorship & development of the team.
- Min 7 years experience & track record of delivering on large programmes of work within the office of the CFO in a Consulting Environment.
- MBA &/or CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Commercial individual with a proven track in building business relationships, identifying & converting business opportunities.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
