Project Management Officer Reporting Relationship The post holder will report to the Director of Service Development. Key Working Relationships Multidisciplinary healthcare teams, Nursing, Medical, Health & Social Care Professionals, Quality & Patient Safety, IT Team, HR Department, and Finance Department teams. Purpose of the Post Highfield wishes to establish a Project Management Office to support and enable the adoption of a structured and systematic approach with new service development and internal reconfiguration initiatives. The postholder will work with a variety of clinicians, healthcare professionals, administrative and staff working in various support services throughout the organization. The Project Management Officer will provide support for a variety of service developments, reconfigurations, and project management initiatives, and coordinate efforts to ensure projects are supported and managed effectively. The postholder will also conduct independent research and evaluations into potential projects and potential developmental opportunities aligned with the organisational goals and healthcare regulatory standards. Minimum Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Project Management is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management implementation, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in IT systems and data reporting to measure progress against various agreed outcomes.
- Proven experience in supporting working groups and organizing cross-functional teams’ activities.
