Senior Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Responsibilities: Ensure that the construction works are done according to drawings and within specified requirements. Check thoroughly drawings and instructions received and highlight their discrepancies and work changes to the Project Manager. Prepare and submit method statements and alternative proposals as required. Liaise closely with the client’s representative regarding work changes. Prepare site records of variation work and other changes. Liaise with sub-contractors/suppliers of different trades pertaining to sub-contract activities to be executed on-site. Report any problems, discrepancies, or changes that affect the quality of the works. Assist in enforcing the Quality Management System on-site, including safety management. Ensure that all construction activities comply with the Authority. Collate information from Supervisors/Foremen of the different trades to compile and prepare the Site Daily Report including the progress report. Assist the Quantity Surveyor in preparing the monthly progress claims, VO claims, and verifying suppliers' and sub-contractors' claims. Requirements: Candidates should have sound knowledge of Plumbing & Sanitary. More than 6 years of experience in Singapore. #J-18808-Ljbffr
