It is committed to building high-value businesses, from start-ups and early stage ventures to mergers and acquisitions for more mature businesses. Job Description
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the Company's brand and products.
- Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers in the UAE and regional market.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Utilize leading analytics and attribution tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing websites, create landing pages where required and optimize user experiences.
- Collaborate and manage communication with agencies, multiple vendors, partners and third-party trackers in order to achieve acquisition objectives.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Manage website content and maintain brand consistency.
- Coordinate with the design team to create engaging and relevant digital content.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in digital marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful in-house digital campaigns (e-commerce).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools or similar platforms will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and tools.
- Proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads.
- Experience in managing Ad Network for acquisition campaigns.
