This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Operations Specialist in Reza Group, based in our Headquarter office in Jeddah, with flexibility for remote work and high travel frequency across GCC. As a Recruitment Operation Specialist , you will be responsible for Reza Group full-cycle recruiting, managing and leading all recruitment activities across GCC while ensuring proactive plans are in place to support the manufacturing operation and each division and business strategy. Your key responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical manufacturing roles.
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all recruiting activities.
• Keep up on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
• Assist in employer branding efforts to attract talent, including participation in recruitment marketing activities and career fairs.
• Use creative sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.

As an Applicant, you are expected to bring:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
• Solid experience in managing projects across regions and GCC countries (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar).
• Demonstrated proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HITS HR software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (excellent written and verbal skills), a national applicant is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Integrity, passion, resilience, and a desire for customer building and understanding.
