- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical manufacturing roles.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all recruiting activities.
- Keep up on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
- Assist in employer branding efforts to attract talent, including participation in recruitment marketing activities and career fairs.
- Use creative sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Solid experience in managing projects across regions and GCC countries (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar).
- Demonstrated proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HITS HR software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (excellent written and verbal skills), a national applicant is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
