Lead Salesforce Developer Location: Ras Al Khaimah The Lead Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing high performing solutions on the Force.com platform. The Lead Salesforce Developer will provide insight in advanced business analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure apps as required, and assist in key processes implemented to automate business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop high performing solutions on the Force.com platform.
Conduct advanced business analysis and needs assessments.
Configure applications as required.
Assist in automating business processes.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of experience with Salesforce Force.com development (Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, Triggers, Batch Apex, etc.).
Prior experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, .Net).
Expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum/Kanban/Lean.
