Add expected salary to your profile for insights The APAC Segment Integrity Team Lead oversees the development, management, and sustainability of the Asset Integrity Management System, ensuring alignment with company objectives by coordinating with Regional Business Units and Operations teams, while endorsing technical reports and assessments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the APAC focal point for the Asset Integrity Management program, overseeing its development, implementation, and sustainability, including the adoption of digital tools, and ensuring its rollout across RBUs with support from Integrity Leads and Operations teams.
  • Provide technical guidance to RBUs on inspection requirements, integrity management, and non-invasive inspection techniques, while supporting data review, risk assessments, fitness-for-service evaluations, and repair or replacement strategies.
  • Lead and manage RBUs Integrity teams, ensuring their personal and technical growth, while fostering collaboration with internal and external experts in reliability, process safety, and specialized engineering disciplines.
  • Monitor and report key asset integrity metrics, develop dashboards, present findings to stakeholders, ensure compliance with legislation, accreditation schemes, and company HSE policies, and conduct program audits.
  • Support budget preparation for RBUs, chair internal and contractor meetings, and provide clear communication of integrity management data and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Corrosion, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in Mechanical Integrity Management.
  • Risk-Based Inspection, and In-Service Inspection. Previous experience as a Lead Asset Integrity Engineer and knowledge of inspection codes, standards, and NDT techniques is essential.
  • Strong background in petrochemical, inspection, or engineering industries, including project management, supplier qualification, and use of integrity management software/digital tools. Commercial and financial awareness, along with API certification, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel 25% within APAC and globally. Versatile, flexible, and able to work effectively as a team player.
